POLICIES:
All cancellations and rescheduling will be done online through your email confirmation and is required at least 24 hours prior to any treatments in order to avoid being charged or credit used. No-show appointments or last minute cancellations will be charged. Arriving 15 minutes late or more to an appointment will result in a last minute cancellation. All appointments scheduled within 24 hours are final
Third-party vouchers are only accepted for first time visitors. Price matching is offered when eligible but payment will be due for returning guests even with valid vouchers
Arriving about 5 minutes early is perfect to fill out any paperwork and get comfortable for your treatment. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time for proper sanitation and preparation
Please, no extra guests during your treatment for your relaxation
